You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your sign-in secure. Accounts used for abuse, fraud or scraping may be suspended without notice.

• All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully captured by the gateway.
• We may cancel and fully refund an order if a listing had a pricing or availability error.

Digital products are licensed, not sold. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product in your own or your client's projects. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or publish the source files as a competing template or asset pack.

• Digital goods are refundable within 7 days if the product is broken, materially different from its description, or was never delivered.
• Refunds are not offered for change of mind after download, or for lack of required skills or tooling.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Raise a request from your orders page; each request gets a tracked ticket.

Booked calls are free 30-minute intro sessions and are not a contract for work. Any paid engagement is governed by a separate written scope, timeline and payment schedule.

• No attempts to breach, probe or overload the site or its backend.
• No uploading of unlawful, infringing or malicious content through chat or support.
• No automated scraping of content, media or pricing.

All site content — copy, design, code, imagery and brand marks — belongs to PAVAN A unless credited otherwise, and may not be reused without written permission.

The site is provided on an "as available" basis. Planned maintenance and incidents are published on the status page; we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for any claim connected to the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Complaints are handled through grievance redressal.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Karnataka, India.
